Here is my project for the 4th Creative Crew challenge for Jan. Make a scrapbook page or decor item for a past holiday using your newest Big Shot items.
I decided to make a Christmas shadow box that I had in the back of my mind for a while and since I didn't start making it until after Christmas it fit the challenge perfectly!
I used textured cardstock for the layers and regular smooth cardstock for the ornaments. I punched out the ornaments and then embossed them with the new Adorning Accents embossing folder. I highlighted each scallop with an adhesive rhinestone and then popped them up with dimensionals.
The last ornament is punched from Red Glimmer paper and accented with 3 rows of adhesive rhinestones as well as mini jingle bells and bakers twine. The red ornament is also popped up on dimensionals.
I love the CAS look of this project and can't wait to display it next year...it might even be re-created for some Christmas gifts! It's never too early to start planning right?
We'd love to have you play along with the Creative Crew Challenges this month! Did you stamp today?

I love the clean and simple lines of your project AND it is in my favorite color combination - red, white and black! The red ornament adds just the right WOW.
