She loved how pretty the blue and purple were in this ornament. I tried to capture the colors in my papers and the snowflakes. I love this Santa - he looks good no matther how you color him up (he didn't look to good with silver embossing - that version ended up in the trash).

Isn't it wonderful to have a spectacular image that you can count on to always be just right? I have always enjoyed seeing your Santa. Those spectacles are fabbie and I like the non-traditional colors and paper to showcase the theme.

I love how you have used this stamp, this card is so pretty!! I have this stamp, and just cannot figure out how to use it, so there it sits, but your idea is a good one!

How nice, you used the blue so different than I did (same inspiration photo) and you did a wonderful job creating dimension on the Santa. I like the layout too...wonder if we've done that one, will have to check it out!

I know what you mean Latezi, I LOVE this Santa image. It's so unique and a piece of art really. You have done him proud with your shades of blue - mental note to myself: do not use silver embossing with image - got it!! Hugs sis!

Yes, I imagine that silver embossed version of Santa didn't quite make the grade! Reminds me of the man they showed on the Today Show / NBC. He's been taking silver nitrate pills for years to combat certain health problems, but he now looks grayish silver. REALLY bizarre! And he had white hair and a beard, as I recall.
I like this Santa stamp, Nancy. It's one of the nicest I've seen. And I LOVE how you 'twinkled' his beard! Great, frosty touch.
