I CASE'd this from Lisa Foster. I love the Glass Glitter on hers. You can't see it well in this photo, but the brown layer is embossed then I rubbed it with my Versamark pad to bring out the texture. Then I distressed the edges and gave it a spritz with Smootch.

Your card is LOVELY. There is just so much to take in...your wonderful background is a wheel??? How great is that?! Love your decorative punched corners on your embossing folder background. And the glitzy finish on the edges of your Top Note die with the Wise Men is so pretty with the shining star. A really pretty card.
