This was a simple ornament idea for our ornament exchange on my message board. Since we're "Hearth Keepers" I liked the play on words. I had another idea for it, but since it was taking... FOREVER... I decided to do those ornaments for next year, working on them ALL YEAR before that so that they're done in October. Yes, I am going to be on the ball if it kills me. Please put that on my tombstone-- "She killed herself doing it, but she was on the ball."
Sounds like I was an exercise fiend. Good thing no one would fall for THAT.
So, I found these cool keys at a local gift shop. Bought a box of 10. Added the fireplace for the "Hearth" and voila. I just stamped on cream in Soft Suede and then antiqued the heck out of 'em.

Technically, they were in the mail late. However, since they only have to go to Kansas AND I pay the bills for the board, I'm hoping the facilitator will have mercy on me. She's a good egg that way.
