Holly (Toy) issued us a challenge over at the release party for Sweet 'n Sassy to make a monochromatic celebration card. Whew! Monochromatic cards are not my forte but I found inspiration on today's inspiration site in this wallpaper:http://www.wallpapercollective.com/c...r/anemone.html
I began by embossing the filigree bg stamp in sparkly silver on vellum and mounting that on a basic gray panel. The MS punch around the page panel is topped with a pretty gray tone paper from the Recollections Portobello Road collection. The fancy tag is sponged in basic gray and the LOVE from Verve is stamped in basic gray. A double ribbon and silver pearls complete the look.
TFL! Thanks for stretching me, Holly, and for supplying the inspiration, Stef!

WOW! Gorgeous! I love the embossing on vellum - I've never done that... at least I don't remember doing that! Your card is a monochromatic beauty and you stretched yourself exquisitely.
