It's Friday and a new Queen is on the throne. It is Joan Ervin. Well, I think we all know Joan and her beautiful work. She has a gallery of so many gorgeous things and I especially love her airy vines and ferns.
My ornament is a QuicKutz ornament die. I cut out twice, once for the green underneath and the red top layer. I embossed with clear embossing powder for radiance.
O.K., Joan..this is a resemblance of this card: WT323 With a Song by joan ervin at Splitcoaststampers I was in a hurry and decided to go really CAS with mine. I have tried to keep the sketch and changed the stamps, etc. Wish I had more time to spend on this one but I'm sure you understand.
Put on the crown and enjoy your Queendom this week.
My card also fits the Free for All to make a card that reflects something about the person for whom you're making it. This could be something such as their favorite color, a hobby, or something they collect...on and on. My sis has such a huge collection of Christmas ornaments and loves each one, so this is for her.

How simply elegant, Brenda. Love the delicate leaf spray and the bold ornament with the gorgeous bow. I was going to head to the challenge to see who the new Queen was, but now I know!! Thanks!

So another ornament for your sister to love. How special is that! I love that embossed ornament with the crinkled ribbon and rhinestone! The white makes it stand out so nicely too!

This ornament looks amazing with the 2 layers of red and green, and that delicate spray of greenery works perfectly on this card! Great take on Joan's card!
