This is for the sketch challenge today. Colored the Christmas post card, added the black BG and corners, then added black and green punched twigs.
I could not for the life of me...as they say find a ribbon to match, so I made a strip of paper ribbon...lol..because I tried many dps too but then, that would take away from the picture. Even the red velvet ribbon doesnt qutie match but I gave up...lol, treid a new water marker pen and its a wierd red as I find.
with the paper ribbon I cut a strip of the green paper i used for the bg and used my leave punch and punched out a few of the leaves then pasted black paper behind it, after also using a border edge to the green. then added the velvet ribbon (a few times)...lol...that glue does not like velvet .
But its another one of them its liek 2 in theam and I am going to bed...lol...silly me..thanks for visiting...:0)
Oh and I also sponged the edge of the picture and card base with a light un-named tan chalk ink.

Wendy, this is very colorful and Christmasy! So sorry you had a rough time with that ribbon color and glue for the bow, but some cards are just a little more challenging than others! = )

Oh, this is very pretty. I'm with you....didn't have the right color ribbon so I did a paper strip down the center. I have decided that if a person has a million ribbons, there will be nothing that matches...LOL Your red ribbon looks good and love the greenery.
