This is a fast simple way of doing a false Pergamano type technique using embossing folders and Vellum. I know that Pergamano is actually a product name, but it is frequently also used to describe a look much like the word "Google" is now used to describe searching on the computer even if you are using a different search site.
While real Pergamano is actually much more beautiful and complicated, it is a way to give a similar look. You could actually color your embossing in the same way as you would true Pergamano. Details are here: http://paperplaybykathi.blogspot.com...on-vellum

Thank you! I love embossing, so I was really excited to try the embossing plus folders. They are really nice, and now that I've used them on vellum, I love them even more!

Hi, what a beautiful artistic card! I've tried running card stock vellum through my cuttlebug, but it cuts through. Do you use just regular vellum? Now thinking about it, maybe card stock vellum is too sturdy? Thanks so much for sharing, hugs, cheryl

Thanks so much everyone!
Hi Cheryl, the vellum is cardstock vellum. I don't know the brand, it was in a small craft store, where the cardstock is all just in wire racks. I have always pretty much bought printed vellum because I loved the look of it, and I only had one piece of plain vellum. Now I can't wait to get back to that store and get more!
