played with dying the silk scarf with kool aid (just mix up a flavor with some hot water and let your scarf soak until it's the color you want...rinse & dry)
used Roses in Winter and fern leaf from Fantastic Foliage
craft regal rose, rose red, mellow moss, handsome hunter, night of navy
several have asked where to get the scarves (see my comment below for the address) also if I used stazon, no I did not.
This is how I did the scarf... I dissolved the KA as described above, didn't use a large enough container hence the 'not even' look of the pink but it works with the roses! I started out with Best Blossoms but just couldn't get it to look right! So, after contemplating for several days I tried rinsing out the images (I'd used different colors except for the night of navy)...all the colors faded EXCEPT the night of navy! lol...that's where I placed the little flowers in 3 clumps to cover the 3 berries! I didn't have anything in mind, just covering kind of an angle (when you wear the scarf around your neck, all that really shows is this portion)
When I was all done, I then heat set it with my iron. It will need to be handwashed.
There, you asked... I gave you the whole story! lol... don't you love stamping...hardly ever a 'mistake' that can't be fixed!

Hi, this is so beautiful. I've been wanting to do scarfs for a long time, but I don't know where or what to buy. Can you tell up where you bought them and how much they were. Did you use staze-on?? [email protected]
