Today's F4A is to acknowledge someone who's done some kindness toward you (me). This is for my DD who's stopped by everyday to let my dog out while I'm spending time at the hospital w/ DH. She has even cleaned up some messes. It is really w/ heartfelt thanks that I will give this to her.
I used a new spellbinders that I'm not too wild about. It's very difficult to get out of the frame & I had to poke each & every hole to creat the design. What a pain! But I like how it looks. I added some green ribbon that was repurposed from a small gift.
I colored the base stamp w/ markers & stamped off. Using the same markers I colored the outline & stamped. The ribbon was too wrinkley to make a bow, so I wove it through the openings of the frame.
Thanks for stopping by to take a peek.

Karen, what a beautiful card for your DD. She will love it. I like your CAS design...right to the point! : ) The frame is beautiful and I like how you laced the dark green ribbon through several of the spaces. Wonderful floral image too.

It looks pretty and I'd say is well worth the trouble of having to poke the bits out. Just be happy it cuts properly - with my Lotus pendant I usually end up having to cut quite a lot of them :-(. How sweet of your daughter to help out in such a practical way at this time. I like the way you did the ribbon.
