I made this card for my niece's daughter's bridal shower. I don't know if this card is very shower-ish, but it is what I felt like doing and everything came together so well. I chose to work around this SU dp. It is difficult to see, but I stitched around the flowered layer, then stitched around each heart, the blue oval and the saffron checkerboard piece as well. The scalloped layer behind Tilda is mounted on mounting tape and then Tilda and the left side of the fence are mounted on mounted tape as well. I used a stylus on the punched flowers to give them a little dimension. The little leaves are actually a cut-out from a corner punch by EK success. I used a white pigment pen to add some details and then glitter on the tiara, dress and flowers. Used some lace and little button from my stash. As always, now that I am done, I see things that I would do differently. But, for the most part, I am pleased with the results. TFL and have a great day!

OMG Diane, this is way, way, way adorable. Your niece's daughter will flip over this one. I would have to frame this if I received it and something tells me it will be. You have a lovely gallery!

What a totally charming card, Diane. Your coloring is gorgeous and your choice of DPs is wonderful. I'm sure your niece's daughter will regard this as a keepsake.
