I colored the koi fish with Twinkling H20s. I used a fine tip watercolor brush on thefish scales. My card has been featured on the Dolce Stamps and Cards blog, if you'd like to check it out and see some of the other designs my team mates have made.

Honestly ....
Whenever I spy a man-made pond in any location ... I find myself mesmerized by the fishies. If I even dared to dream of successfully "ponding Koi" in my backyard in "arid drought-prone Texas" ... these would be my dream! Love it!
