It's been a while since I've sat down in my craftroom and just stamped for fun, but it felt good to finally do just that last night. I decided to tackle a few CAS Challenges while I was at it and started with this Sketch CAS Challenge CAS130 - Sketch by Die Cut Diva (8/8/11) by Miss Boo at Splitcoaststampers.
I started with a square watercolor cardstock base and inked up the Christmas tree image with my Old Olive and Soft Suede markers. I stamped it off the card's edge and then added the sentiment with Early Espresso ink. I added pearls to the tree and Dazzling Details for falling snow all over the card.
It's not my most favorite cards (there are a few boo boos on it), but it was fun playing and experimenting with new toys. I'll get it right the next time...I hope...LOL!

I like it.....boo, boo's and all, which I had to really search for :-) I love all the textures, Dazzling Detail glitter and the new Christmas Lodge stamp set, which is on my wishlist. TFS

I love offset images Regina and this is fabulous. I like the addition of the pearls and all the sparkly snow effects. Sometimes boo boos can be your friend and I think this one is even though I don't seem to be able to find it. I'll have to get out the old magnifying glasses!! LOL!
