CA/AL challenge - BOY - and they came up with a doozie -
Here is the challenge with Nancy's (nwilliams6) twist:
Pat suggested we do a furniture theme and that sounds great - plus I think we should do the following:
*has to have some hardware (doesn't all furniture have that?)
*has to have something on it/in it that represents something we collect, cherish - you know something what we would display on/in our furniture at home
*something with dust (like dust on the furniture, comments about dust, something you clean dust up with, a dust bunny, etc)
Well, Lookie here at this PRECIOUS armoire that Nancy built for her angel friends to hang up their wings!!! I was tickled to see what she created - her armoire 's "doors" embossed so perfectly and with definite closing hardware with a dangling cross hanging from them, open to reveal three pairs of wings, left by her angel friends, while they are busy doing things for others. There is an embossed layer on the inside of the armoire, decorated by a cluster of punched flowers and leaves, and a drawer across the bottom for other "angel storage".
The base of this easel card is also decked out with flowers and leaves to surround the sentiment - "Most angels are not invisible, and they usually leave their wings at home". Extra hangers are stamped to appear hanging on the inside where the brads are. All the flowers and ESPECIALLY the wings were glittered with dazzling diamonds - an angel's best friend -
Nancy - your heart was all over this card, Sis - what a treasure to hold it in my hands IRL - I could not love this card anymore if I tried - Thanks for blessing us with this wonderful "furniture"!!
