For Mothermark's challenge.
A2 red Bazzill base.
Main layer was made by stamping 3 different Stampers Anonymous leaves in three different shades of red, embossing with clear EP and sponging with the same inks and some green.
I cut it to size and embossed the edges with gold EP.
I also made a spare leaf, which I cut out, edged with gold and popped up on foam.
Two-Step bird punch punched from watercolour paper and sponged with distress inks. Body was embossed with SU lattice folder, wing stamped with Music Notes and popped up on foam. I added a half-pearl eye and a Woodware sentiment.

So pretty...I felt autumn when I saw this...(It is so hot here this summer I can't wait for it to come...). I love the rich colors and the way you made the bird...So adorable.
