Sewing is not my cup of tea, but I tried. Should have waited until the migraine stuff wore off I think. ;) Used a retired SU set with October Afternoon Thrift Shop DP. Stippled caramel ink (why did SU get rid of this color) to "dirty" it up a bit and did the same thing to the vanilla primas before adding them to the card. The main image & saying panels are popped up on pop dots over a MFT ric rac die-namic border.

Oh how I love this card, Bonnie - let me count the ways! 1) that you did it even though you had a headache, 2) and in spite of your hand-stitching phobia, 3) that you used this awesome 'vintage' SU! set - I actually bought this one years after it retired (not that I've ever inked it up, but I will one of these days, dang it!), and 4) great selection of dp to go with. Thanks for getting stitchy with me in this year's DTGD!
