this is my card for cc331. karen is our hostess and she chose a great trio of colors:not quite navy, baja breeze and cherry cobbler.
the dessert option is "christmas in july". awesome karen!!
my image is something new I bought at the stamp show this week-end. Its from darcie stamps.
they sell these images they call "u-cuts". sort of like die-cuts but you cut them out.
I bought some christmas themed ones and decided to use the poinsettia and pot for this challenge. the pot would cover the baja breeze requirement.
my dsp is from su's "jolly holiday" collection.
on the not quite navy panel I used a cb snowflakes ef. to the vv border punch layer I added cherry cobbler seam binding and bakers twine.

Such a different looking Christmas card! Very nicely done! I really like all those circles going on, and the embossed snowflakes plus that twine and button really dress up this card!
