1. I wanted to make a special card today for a special reason. I made this card for Ed, a very special 24 year old young man who recently was sent to Iraq and returned to the U.S. shortly thereafter.
2. That might seem like a happy ending but in reality its a difficult beginning to a life that's been changed. Ed is returning home without both legs and an arm. His young wife has a baby on the way and they have a difficult time ahead adjusting to a different way of life!

What a great masculine card, Cindy. You took a mish-mash of shirt design and created a cohesive wholke in your nautical card. Beautidfully done. I'm sure Ed will really appreciate it.

Cindy, your IC shirt will be jealous of this paper! I'm jsut saying'..... What a beautiful card for Ed. My heart broke to read his story last week, and I hope many people will see this and feel moved to send him some encouragement as well.
