What a fabulous site Anne found for us today - I could make cards all day .
For this card I was inspired by the seahorse beads - this one in particular.
A2 base, with an oval aperture cut and embossed with the largest oval Nestabilities.
I used the shaving cream technique for my sea, with Broken China, Tumbled Glass and Stormy Sky re-inkers. I used Ginger, Caramel and Espresso alcohol inks to make some polished stone for the seahorse.
All stamps are Pink Cat Studio - I used ColorBox Pigment Fresh Green to stamp the sentiment on the card and the seaweed on the paper, and Rangers Archival Black to stamp on the polished stone. The seaweed was coloured with a Sakura Stardust marker, the seahorse is popped up on foam and I added some Dew Drops.
I don't know if this counts as CAS - the design is, but there are two techniques in there...

What a perfect use of the shaving cream technique. I had wondered how to effectively to capture the swirls that the beads have and you definitely did just that. I love your thorough description. Perfect card!!
