We had a beautiful day for our visit to NYC back in 2004 with some friends. Battery Park was fun and pretty too. It also had reminders of the Twin Towers tragedy.
Journaling:
Top left: "This guy was as still as the bench he was sitting on until someone went by, then heÂ’d come to life before your eyes. It was quite startling."
Top rt.: "Put a coin in their bucket and these two statues came alive."
Bottom left: "For 3 decades this “Sphere” by Fritz Koenig stood in the plaza at the World Trade Center as a symbol of world peace. It was damaged during the tragic events on 9/11 and was moved here as a temporary memorial to all those who lost their lives."

Love the colors on this and the photos are really neat. We saw a statue person at Walt Disney World once...the amazing part was she did most of her act with her eyes closed so you couldn't hardly tell she was alive until she started moving!
