Hi! This card fits today's Free 4 All Challenge: Orange.
Well, this fish is ORANGE...and other colors, but most certainly ORANGE!
It's Good Friday, and I have many things to do today. Markie is off school, and I have 3 deadlines to meet...TODAY! So, I'm more busy than I have been in quite a while. Markie is going to be very busy on Saturday and Monday, as the Science Fair project he has been working on is coming up, and he still has DAYS of work left on it. (Translated means, we have to really kick it into HIGH GEAR to get this project done in time. Gee, do you think he might have my genes? I mean, lately, we have been waiting until the last moment to get projects completed. I like to call it, "Lack of Creativity." My husband calls it, "Plain LAZY!" LOL
The fish was stamped in Noir Palette Ink and colored in with Copic Markers. I stamped the hat colored it, and cut it out to place on the fish's head. It didn't take long, and I love that he's ready to PARTY!
To add a bit of interest, I punched holes and set gold eyelets. I finished up with gold cording.
Finished card size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Total time to complete: 33 minutes.

Hope he finishes without too much stress. I always loved the Science Fair - I did it in Jr. High and went to State and my oldest Daughter went to State 2 times. The shading and vivid colors on this card are awesome. I love to look at your creations.

Faith, I love your colors. This fish is so rich and wonderful. I have to laugh about the project business. My MacKenna had to build a tower, minimum of 75 cm high out of 50 notecards that would hold a baseball for a minute for her physics class. I still have glue on my hands from last night.
