Oh, my goodness, colored chickens??? Could you be almost as ancient as I am!! (Yes I had an orange (Carrot top) one when I was about 8 years old that got eaten by the neighborhood cat and all that was left was a little circle of orange feathers!! I cried all afternoon. My brother had a blue one (Blue boy) and it grew up and went to live on the farm with my aunt and uncle who served it to us for dinner one Sunday....farm people don't make pets of food - My brother never knew but the rest of us did!!)

I remember the colored chicks... was always in awe of them as a little kid! this is such a fun card! thanks for the memories! sweet as can be!

Oh no I remember colored chicks! I live in a small town and we use to have a dime store and they always had them in the front window during Easter! Thanks for the memories Liz! A darling card! TFS
