Today's featured stamper is Sue aka Perk aka Coffeestamper. This is Sue's card that was my jumping off point for inspiration: MMTPT114-FOR KYLER! by coffeestamper at Splitcoaststampers I started with all my reds, and then changed to green because the gingham was closer. I wanted to use my sailboat instead of apples in this clean sketch, but then I found this sentiment and it worked in so well. Instead of the circle sentiment I placed in buttons but because of the placement of the boat, I had to switch them to the other side!! Sue, you have a gallery full of wonderful cards; thanks for inspiring this one that is intended for my soon to be born grandson! The sailboat was a free template that I downloaded but handcutting is not my thing!! Need to find me one of these in a die cut!

Just love your card with the great color combo, DPs and cute sailboat. I like that you kept the gingham...it always gives charm IMO. Your rendering of a cloudy sky is fantastic.
