O.k, well I didn't realize until I started making this that it would turn out quite so bright! Not sure how I like it...but here it is. It is made with strips of washi (Japanese paper) tape.
I wanted to make a banner because I keep seeing them everywhere (so trendy) and I thought this washi tape would work well! I just cut short strips of the washi tape and trimmed the ends and then stuck them on the hand drawn cord to "hang" them.
The stamps were an impulse buy at the cash of my scrapbook store yesterday; I thought they were so cute!
For the Ways to Use It challenge I trimmed a strip of washi tape (applied to a strip of cardstock) using my Fiskars paper edge scissors.

I think the flag Sabrina is referring to may be Italy! What a great use of this tape, Deena. I LOVE that adorable banner and the sweet tea pot and cup. It may be bright, but it is also beautiful.
