I didn't have time to make the gag card, so this is the real one. I struggled with it as I thought too hard about making a girly card. The rectangle is actually ribbon, even though it might not look like it.
Ribbon is attached to a piece of acrylic with brads. Mounted it and DP to cs. Embossed strip along the side, mounted.
The dress and purse are peel-off stickers that I stuck to DP and cut. Mounted those on pop dots. Added silver stickles to glam things up a bit and then added sentiment. tfl

Your card is wonderful! I love the shimmer and shine and I betcha its even more wonderful in real life! I am tickled Ashley will get to see this up close and personal! What a classy little number this is! Whoo hoo!

Perfect girly girl card! I too, thought the dress and clutch were stamps you embossed and cut out!
