This weeks Teapot Tuesday is dedicated to Haeli who is 12 yrs old and has ovarian cancer. Our challenge was to make a card with a frame. It was difficult to pick what my center piece was going to be because Haeli loves so many activities.
I chose a horse which my very good friend, JD from PAUSA gave me. I colored it with Copics, made a double frame with my Spellbinders, dry embossed with a Cuttlebug folder and frame the entire card with gold line stickers. I also chalked the dry embossing. I hope Haeli will like it.

Ooh! Awesome card! What I love about it is the wonderful way in which the embossed swirls in the back ground coordinate with the wind blown swirley mane of the horse! That a regal looking horse........beautiful creature in a frame for Haeli! I love the sentiment too! Talk about your perfect card! Love the multiple frames......you rocked this challenge! You are Jill are quite the team with your wonderful horse cards this week....oh, and Mr. JD from PAUSA gets some credit too!

This is quite the creation!! I sure like how you've framed the horse, it really makes the horse stand out, while you colorful swirly bg gives this a nice feminine softness! The addition of the gold frame, believe and pearls finish off this creation perfectly!!

I think your chalked embossing looks wonderful - makes a great setting for your beautiful pony. I don't think I've ever tried chalking an all-over embossed pattern like that before, but I'll certainly give it a try.
