I am a week late, but wanted to post a card to honor the talented Neva. I chose a recent card of hers as I like to make cards for the young people in my family. Here's the card I CASED:
I have a Pure Innocence image of a young girl with headsets on like Neva's. I paper-pieced the chair and the pants. The remainder was colored with copics. The sky is created by sponging with a scalloped circle, grass sponged. I added another layer of white, dry embossed with musical notes. I also added a few die cut notes.
I hope Neva likes the CASE and had a wonderful week in the spotlight.
Thanks for viewing and commenting.

OMGosh Kathy, how could I not LOVE this darling creation. What a fabulous image, paper piecing and coloring job. Love the music notes. I have a gazzillion Quickutz die cuts and never think of using them.
