Started on this card yesterday - it's for this week's Queen - QFTD 48 BigfootBecky aka Becky. What a BEAUTIFUL gallery she has!!
Becky - your beautiful creations are so inspiring. Love your designs, stunning layouts, and especially love those wonderful asian beauties!! I had fun taking a 'walk' through your gallery - Hope you thoroughly enjoy your Reign as QUEEN - thank you for sharing your art with us!!
Here's Becky's gorgeous card which I used as inspiration: {Dreaming Beauty}
Changes were with colors, ribbon bow/button in place of flower, larger main panel and no DSP, addition of butterflies, glitter, sentiment and pearls.
This is my second attempt at brayering following last week's Zindorf class. The top right corner is a very pretty orange - but the big ribbon covers most of it... Besides braying, Michelle taught us to look at images in ways other than they were intended - for example, this silhouette stamp is from an Easter set - but with cutout flowers over the easter-eggs it's transformed into something that can be used for a birthday card (I hope it worked :-)!!
This card is for one of my new fellow PUNCHKATEERZ whose birthday was yesterday. Happy Birthday Kookzi - hope you enjoyed your day!!!
Thanks everyone for taking a peek!
Enjoy your Sunday,
Audrey aka Audzi

OMG... this is absolutely gorgeous! I'd say you've mastered the brayer technique, and the colors you used on this card are beautiful! The ribbon and button at the top are perfect... they remind me of a bright, sunny, Springtime day!

Look at all these nice things people are saying about your brayering; and, here I am, poor lil' fruitflakezi making a mud pie out of mine. You've got to help me ASAP.
Audzi, your card turned out beautiful. Love the brayering colors/layers and that awesome silhouette image with the brilliant idea of putting pearls on it! Your butterflies and ribbon are knockouts. Nope, can't find a thing wrong with this one. You did it all perfectly. Lucky Kookzi. She'll get a really beautiful card instead of the comical birthday card I made her with candles burning her up in smoke!! Drats!! Great job my Older Twin ZIZTER!

Beautiful! I love the brayered background and the way you used that beautiful silhouette image. The butterflies are gorgeous too! I can't wait for our Zindorf classes in April!
