Bev Barton was such a gracious hostess in Anne's absence. She's generous with her comments and just a fabulous stamper. How fun to honor her today. Way to go, Bev! Hope you like my CASE of this card:
Bev and I first really started exchanging messages back in October when we had the card drive for MD Anderson breast cancer patients. She and I were in that gallery every day. This is one of the special cards she created. I jazzed it up a bit so it would be fitting for a queen. A gold crown, an excited mousie shouting out her name.
Be checking your mail, Bev! Thanks everyone for viewing and commenting.

Kathy, it is so exciting to see a card you have created.(and exciting that I spelled your name with a K.) I remember when you told me about the stamp set you had that was perfect for the QFTD Challenges. Never in a million years would I have thought it would be created for me being a Queen. I love House Mouse stamps. They put happy into stamping for sure. And how you combined that cute mouser with a crown is adorable. Absolutely adorable. I will cherish it and find a perfect spot to showcase it in my crap-ft room.
I do have a favor to ask of you.......can you send some warm weather this way? I am a bit tired of snow and below zero temps. ha ha.
Thanks for being my scs friend and fellow stamper. I appreciate that you support me and others (our Cause we made cards for this Fall) on SCS. It is always great to see you in the gallery. Carry on and Stamp Happy, Kathy.

This is just perfect! I remember when Bev was hosting QFTD challenges, she would make a 'Queen' card with a crown in it for that week's queen. Now that she IS the queen, it's wonderful that someone has made her a very queenly, crown card : )
Your colouring work is beautiful! I also like the dp you chose; it has a very elegant and regal quality. Of course, those gold pearls work great for a royal card.

Kathy, I'm glad to read Bevie told you to carry on! Yes, I shall repeat that sentiment as well. When you craft cards like this how can you not carry on? Oh funny, when I've used that image, I guess I've always been stamping him upside down. Oh geez! Hello. Anyway, your card is hysterial with that crown, and I see Bevie loves it as well. Love the QFTD signage too. Oh so wonderful!
