Here is my entry for this weeks Ways to use it challenge which is to create a birthday card.
Vintage is not my favourite style however this card is made especially for someone who does. (she know's who she is!)
Having said that I am really loving these beautiful Webster's pages DPs which I got hold of in the Jan sales.
I have had the mini postcards in my stash for as long as I can remember. All I had to do with them was attack them with a nail file and some chalks and hey presto! they were magically "vintaged"!
Great Challenge and hope you like-ee?! x

I really struggle with vintage and obviously YOU don't wow. This is a beauty. Look at the shape of that lace. Love the peach color in there. Your avatar and username always makes me smile. hee.

LOL "no stamps were harmed in the making of this card"! I am sitting here giggling away over my breakfast.....
I've always struggled with Vintage style, but yours is WOW!! I love everything about it. I have never thought to use a nail file for distressing (slow, I know....). Into my favs your cards goes......
I am not one to post my comments simply because I just don't take the time but I have to let you know this card is so well done that I had to let you know that I just loved it. I am doing a scrapbook for my sister's 80th birthday and your card has inspired me to use some of the embellishments I had overlooked. Thank you for such a pretty piece of art. Jodi
