I used the very vintage wheel to make the back -ground can'tr really see in the photo. I then punched the ornaments out and then cut flourishes out on double sided sticky paper with the cuttllebug then added glitter to the ornaments. Finished card off by popping up the ornaments and using gold cord for hangers and sheer green ribbon for top of ornament. Hope you like it. Any idea the name of this technique?

That is beautiful - love the swirl on the ornaments.
Burnished velvet is what it's called when you rub glitter onto a sticky surface, as far as I know.
At least a broken toy for me isn't as bad as for a child, LOL, and thanks to SCS I have it working temporarily with one of DH's spanners!
