Oh sure, thanks for asking! :p
Start by cutting a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 piece of white card stock.
Then,I just took the 1 inch square punch and cut out several differant styles of paper, 12, this one happens to be a retired Stampin' Up designer series paper that I had plenty of scraps from.
After cutting out your squares just glue them next to each other, on the white paper. After finishing run it through the big shot useing the Top Note die to cut out your shape.
Glue it to your choice of card stock for your card.
I also used the scallop punch to stamp the 'Get well wishes' on. I attached that with a pop up glue dot.
