I quilled a snowflake last week and it needed a background. This technique gave it the background it needed. I used the snowflakes from Mark's Finest Papers TIME TO CHILL. I used the W.I.S.H. technique instead of sponging. I used heat shrunk thread for the hanger for my snowflake
