OH MY...!!! I've been trying to upload this card since yesterday afternoon. Kept getting this message saying that the image was too large. I don't know what I've done. Messed around with the camera until I think I got it figured out.
Well, I gonna get right to the particulars of the card for anyone who is interested. I used the "stitched ribbon flower" technique that I found in the Resource section. Now, I did find that if you run a thin line of adhesive along the cut edges of the crocheted lace and let it dry, it will help enormously when you have to sew. Crocheted lace likes to unravel when cut. Then of course, you'll turn the glued side down when you go to mount your flower onto the card. The button was originally orange and I painted it with my red copic marker. Afterward, I covered it with UTEE not only to give it some gloss but also because the red copic marker kept smudging off when touched even after it was dry. I had to put rolled paper into the buttonholes to keep them open. I added some felt leaves which I cut with my SU sizzlet die.
I coated the word "Noel" in Stickles for a little sparkle.
That's about it. Everything else is pretty much par for the course. Take care and TFL!

This is so cute, love the button and stitched flower, sounds like a lot of effort went into this, but the button is really cool looking on top of that flower. The image is so adorable. Love it.
