Would have been here sooner, but I'm still thawing out. hehe It was sooooo cold cleaning pools today. I'm talking in the high 20's and low 30's. I had so many clothes on, PLUS gloves. I hardly ever have to wear gloves. It was a must for sure today. Well enough of my problems,.....the card.....
Rox another great sketch. Made my card using scraps I found on the table. Except for the image, I stamped it new, colored with markers, sponge the stormy clouds and snow on the ground. So glad it didn't snow here! hehe
Well, off to cover up in a warm blanket before I have to cook dinner. I'll return shortly.......TFL :0)
Hi Sis! Hi NC Sis!
P.S. Came home and saw that DH bought me a dozen roses plus a gift. I told him I didn't want a gift for our anniversary tomorrow, but he bought me some very pretty ear-rings. Whoo Hoo for me!

Love this and it is cold outside, but I think we were warmer here that you were. Snow tomorrow night they say.
Love your bird and the dp used.
Stay warm and Happy Anniversary!

You sure know how to create a WOW with scraps! Love it, totally! We've got major snow happening here in southern Manitoba this week, and the birds in our area are faithful visitors to the feeders my husband keeps full for the amusement of our two indoor Siamese, so I have a special place in my heart for these feathered songbirds. You did a great job of evoking the snow and the snowclouds for this creature- super card. TFS. (and lucky score on your anniversary gift! What a great guy.)

Your card is wonderful - I love the image and snow. I hope you get warmed up - lots of blankets and hot chocolate. Happy Anniversary and what a sweet hubbie. Here in IL, we had rain/sleet all day today and rain/sleet for tomorrow morning turning to ice/snow in the afternoon. Ain't it grand! Not. Happy Thanksgiving.

wow, sis, this is awesome. great layering and coloring. I always love your skies!! This makes me shiver just looking at it!! I cannot believe you have 20 degree weather without snow!!! It has been that cold in the church where I work because their boiler almost blew up so I am dealing with cold too!!! We have not had heat for about a week!!! Happy Anniversary tomorrow!!! Wish I was there so we could celebrate. Enjoy your special day!!!

Earrings and flowers instead of stamps??? What was DH thinkin???? Just kidding - What a great thing for DH to do. Happy Anniversary! Okay, this is the coooolest card I've seen. Well, I can't really say that cuz I say it on all your cards, but this one gives such a "cold" feeling in a good way. Love the b/g, your special scenery details and that lovely bird. I like the cold, hope it gets down in the 20's here and snow. We don't really have much snow here for the most part. ENJOY!!! Hugs & Happy Thanksgiving Mutnik!
