Wonderful sketch! I can't believe we're already at #300! I'm just now trying to get back in the swing of things. I was out of town for a while then came home sick. What a treat!
I love fall colors and making cards using them. I borrowed a Kpad to stamp these flowers while I was out of town. I also used it to brayer the bg, then used the gold ink to overstamp the brocade bg image. I used this bg for my two horizontal bands.
The first sunflower image, I cut out using the out of the box Nestie technique. The second one, I used a matching ODBD sunflowers die. I love that die! I also used it die cut a matching piece of cardboard so I could attach it to give my sunflowers a little lift.
I used the gold leafing pen to edge most layers and put it all together on an ivory 5.5 x 4.25 card. Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

How beautiful, Julie! Your colors are so rich and fall-like. I like how you left the sunflowers pretty much as you stamped them in tones of orange and sienna. The gold leaf pen touches are an elegant touch!
