I already had these flowers colored & cut out, so I decided to use them on this card. I punched the leaves & sponged the edges & added veins. The faux wood was made with creamy caramel, really rust & close to cocoa ink on vanilla cardstock. The butterfly is die cut from some wide shimmery gold ribbon and I added glitter on the edges. It's backed with a piece of yoyo yellow, sponged with ruby red & the body is black crochet cotton wrapped around several times.
I LOVE how this card turned out.

Be VERY proud of this card!!! It just jumped right out of the gallery! Brilliant colors and fantastic panels!!!! This is a real WOW card!

Holy Moley this is striking ! Your sponging and coloring is really dramatic. I love the wood panels and the sponging around the edge of the card front. It really brings a ton of depth to the card. Really nice...
