The Poinsettia was stamped on plain white paper and loosely trimmed. The vine of leaves was colored with pencils then with green glaze pen, flower was colored with red Tombow marker. The flower was also stamped on Red Shimmer paper (from JoAnns), dried overnight then cut out to use for layering. Inner petals of flower were partially cut out with xacto knife and curled under, edges touched up with black marker, then flower was layered on top of white base image using foam tape.
