I love all these great challenges. Using a tag on a card is something I don't do too often but to-day is the day!
I tried to collage the background on the tag then folded an origami butterfly from the same paper as is in the panel, punched a flower from a book page and added fibers at the top.

Thank you everyone for all the great comments. The butterfly came from the directions forum here on SCS in a thread by djolet (who got the directions from Amber Kinard).
