| | Here's my card using the technique Crimped Diamond.
The orange cardstock is great crimped. I really like it. I did use the suggestion to trim the edges to a true rectangle because they get distorted when crimped.
My blessings stamp is neatly centerd on a spellbinders scallop oval and chalked on the edges to soften the look.
My favorite part of this card is the velvet bow and the leaves and gold coil. I found four leaf punches and a sizzix die branch w/ leaves. I made enough for the cards and then found my Fantastic Foliage stamps to add some texture stamping to each. One leaf the upper right side is stamped with ruby red craft ink and has UTTE on top. Finally I found some scrap gold edge which had wire and decided to twist it around a brush handle and add that in for glimmer.
Leave me a comment and let me know what you think. |
