This is for our QFTD hostess Anne Ryan. She has a family matter to attend to and could not fulfill her normal duties here at SCS on this day.
I don't know Anne Ryan personally, but her avatar is so regal that I thought this card should be for her. Not that this is a regal card, but I do like it's richness and colors.
This is done using the emboss resist method.

WOW, definitely a stunner of a card here. At first I thought you did that perigamo (spelled horribly wrong) technique. This is just awesome. Super soft and oh so lovely. You did just an amazing job. TFS :0)
