Another I made a few days ago that fits this challenge. This one is going to my Dad, hence the colors.
On this one I used the Optic circle corner punch for the border. A strip of red scrap column is backing the punched strip.
Happy Birthday is stamped and embossed also stamping and embossing extra balloons on red scrap cs and cutting out. I also added Versa mark ink so I could totally emboss the balloons and make them shiny.
Punched 2 more corners, cut them and adhered to corners of card.

what a neat effect you created with the corner punch. I'd have wasted tons of paper and still got it wrong...lol... That sentiment with the red balloons is real nice too. very masculing card... very nice
