The inside says: Beulah was shocked to hear she was voted No 1 draft pick by the hospital staff.
MMTPT103 Of course this card is for the Mothermark weekly tea party! It seems Hattie Heartfield, tart maker, is off on a family emergency (heart attack) and she has left her cousins, Bart and Bogart Notsosmart in charge. They are screw-ups!
Bart and Bogart are the betting type! They make their living betting race horses! What are the odds they would mess up this very important event? Well, Hattie gave the boys specific instructions, BUT they were a little distracted by their race horse, a 42,000 to 1 long-shot named Attack from the Back.
Anyway, this is Beulah the jockey. It seems she fell off her horse and is now in a Seattle Hospital. Don’t worry – Dr. McSteamy will fix her up. Anyway, because Bart has Beulah on his mind – he is making diamond tarts instead of hearts!!! Oh No!
PS: It is dangerous to combine this many challenges. I dared to try to chew a piece of gum while doing this, fell off my chair, and now I'm Beulah's roommate!

I am so laughing at those safety pins as embellishments for this card. She should so be reaching up there and using one on the back of her gown. Bwhahahahaha!!!! This is so darn funny!

Oh this reminds me of the days I worked in the hospital. That was a familar site. What a great card and I appreciate your dialogue. Had me dying of laughter with the part about chewing gum and falling off your chair.
