Today's challenge for the Technique Lover's was to create a "tilt" card. Go to Resources - Tilt Card Tutorial for more details on how to make this.
I don't know if the photo shows it - I probably should have tilted the skirt to begin with - but I have a 2nd layer of the skirt that I attached to the top of the penny to make the skirt tilt back 'n forth. I colored the lower layer skirt same as the top. Because of the structure, this image panel was popped up on dimensionals before matting on the pale plum. The base is plum with lovely lilac then a layer of printed vellum. Stretched a lavendar ribbon across and added 4 purple brads to hold the vellum. Finished off with a computer generated sentiment & some purple Stickles to the straps.
