I had so much fun using SU Garden Pleasures and using my new distress inks, I couldn't stop at one card.
I created another garden gift set using the flower pots image. I stamped it with distress ink, Tea Dye, then used my water brush and distress inks to watercolor the image. To make it more vintage, I sponged Antique Linen around the image while the rectangle dies was still on the cardstock. I also ruffled up some ribbon on the bottom and added a flower button as an embellie.
This gift set was given to my one of my residents as a thank you for all of the food she has given me since I started working there. Remember gaining "freshman 15" in college - well, that is me! LOL
Because my building is experiencing vacancies right now, she actually referred several of her friends to come live with us. So the Corporat office thought it was appropriate to give her a reward of a grocery store gift certificate as a thank you which was included in her card.
