This card turned out much larger than I anticipated but needed to in order to fit both images in. It is 5 1/4 x 8 1/2. The images are colored with copics and prisma pencils. The fish and turtle images are from Great Impressions stamps. Used crystal lacquer on the fish bowls and gogles; stickles on the water droplets. For the waves, I cut the scallops, ran them through the CB and then used stickles on the edges. The fish image is raised as are the fish and turtles. The circles and ovals are cut with nestabilities.
