I made this card for IC238--The Bicycle Muse. This is a stretch, but I was inspired by the Po Campo Rack Bag in Tropical Sunset found here http://www.thebicyclemuse.com/shop/campo-rack-p-49.html. My DH said the lace and beads look like a garter. Hmmm, I didn't notice that. A garter on a bicyclist's leg might look kind of cute. Perhaps The Bicycle Muse will add them to its line.
BTW, I used Aleene's tacky glue on the beads, and they are stuck like cement.

Love that embossing folder! Very pretty card! I guess I can see how your DH 'saw' a garter - but if you hadn't mentioned it I certainly wouldn't have 'seen' it myself!! Could make for a very interesting trend in cycling fashion... Great card...

So you mean if I asked you for the bling, you'd have to send me the whole card since they're glued on like cement? Well, I'll be ... yeah, it sorta looks like a garter but oh so appropriate for the riding enthusiasts. Have your people call my people and my people will call their people to see if you've discovered a new product. Just think....it all began with a card. imagine that.
