I had planned all week to take out the stamps this weekend that I bought back in January at CHA to go with my Nesties dies, so I was happy to find just the right inspiration from the IC this week: The Bicycle Muse !
I went with this "Kitsch Kitchen Pannier"bag covered in big flowers and because it used just the right "sunflower" colors I was going for!!
I used Heartfelt Creations Aztec Gold Sunflower stamp set that is designed to be used with the Nestibilities Blossom 2 dies. I stamped two of each size sunflower on the yellow CS, then used the matching sized Nestie to cut them out. I colored the edges of the petals with markers, did some shaping and layered them all together.
(For more details and photos on the how-to's for these flowers, check out my blog post for a quick tutorial)
Thanks for the perfect Inspiration Challenge today Stephanie!
