I had trouble finding inspiration today, but in the end when I came across this helmet cover it made me think of textiles and fibre. And when I found some fibre with the same colours in it, I went from there. I noticed there were more things on the UK site when I switched location - odd. Hope it's OK that my inspiration came from the UK site.
A2 base.
Black layer, pink Bazzill Bling layer.
For the main panel I stamped the tiny birds and masked them and the sun. Then I sponged sunset colours up in bands. Then I coloured the bird and sponged the sun and laid the fibre across.
My first sponged panel was nicer, but I got a tiny bit of blue under the masked sun. Maybe I'll use it again or trim the side a bit, use a narrower panel and add the bow that is on the helmet...
Thanks, Stef, for a real challenge today.

Those little birdies are just the cutest little teeny weeny things, Sabrina!! What a beautiful sunset you have created. Love that variegated fiber too!

Sabrina, look at this beautiful love bird scene! Great take on that helmet! The colours are perfect in your little border ribbon. Cool inspiration card my friend. TFS
