I'll be back tomorrow with a proper front-door TPT card with some birthday stuff on it as well as a bird so that I can come in the front door. We're having a neighbour in for dinner, and I have to get busy in the kitchen, but the card I made for the ODBD f-l-o-w-e-r-s challenge lets me in the back door with a bird. I went the whole hog, and instead of just using three of the choices from the recipe, I used all of them.
F - flowers - check.
L - lace - check.
O - ODBD stamps or oval or circle shapes - check.
W - watercolour - plenty of that!
E - embossing - check.
R - ribbon - yep, little loopy leaves for the flowers
S - stitching or swirls - check.
5 3/4" base, sponged with brown ink.
Next layer is watercolour paper stamped randomly with Embrace Life in Versamark, and washed with green paints.
White card stamped with Stampendous Music Score in brown and sponged with distress inks. Cut with Labels 8, edges distressed and then stitched. Sentiment stamped with black and embossed with clear EP. Lace down the side, and then popped up on foam.
I stamped a scrap of thin watercolour paper with the music score, punched out the daisies and coloured with watercolours, then curled the petals up. The bird is also coloured with watercolours. I added some Stickles to the centres of the flowers, and stuck them down with tiny loops of 1/4" satin ribbon for leaves.
TPT99 - help, we're going to be centenarians next week... I've just made some strawberry sorbet for dessert tonight, so I'll bring that along. It's a perfect match for the pink on the bluebird, and I have a sneaky feeling it's some pesky little bird eating the very few strawberries I have.

This is so, so pretty Sabrina - the green watercolor paper bg is beautiful, and I love the verse stamped on the sheet music!
Lovely stitching and lace too.

This is gorgeous. You do have a lovely bluebird, and all the other elements are just lovely. If I had my say, you would be more than welcome at the front door.
Oh, yes, that music is a perfect touch. We need to make sure all 42,000 birds are singing on the same page.
